John J. (“JJ”) Loscocco is a partner in the firm of Barker & Loscocco, PC (dba Barker, Epstein & Loscocco)*. He was born in Boston in 1960. He was admitted to the Wisconsin and Massachusetts bars in 1988, the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts in 1990, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals in 1993. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History at Northwestern University in 1983, and his Juris Doctor at the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1988. JJ has owned and operated Barker & Loscocco, PC since 2005. He focuses on US immigration and nationality law, including family and employment based immigration, refugee and asylum work, removal defense, waivers of inadmissibility, and naturalization.

Jason Giannetti is an associate attorney in the firm of Barker & Loscocco, PC (dba Barker, Epstein & Loscocco)*. He has over two decades of experience with immigration law. Prior to earing his J.D. from Boston College Law School, he studied English and Philosophy at Binghamton University, Theology at Harvard Divinity School, and Judaic Studies and History at Brandeis University. Jason started his own immigration law firm in 2004. Since then, he has helped hundreds of immigrants achieve their goals. He also taught college and law school as well as publishing numerous articles and lecturing on topics as diverse as ancient religions to contemporary immigration policy and law, in addition to running the Eisho-ji Zen colloquium.

Andrew D. ("Drew") Epstein is a partner in the firm of Barker, Epstein, & Loscocco. Drew has a general business law and litigation practice that focuses on copyright, trademark, contracts and licensing issues. Drew represents hundreds of design and image professionals especially photographers, artists, illustrators, design firms, advertising agencies, museums and other individuals and businesses involved in photography, art, illustration, and imaging. Drew also has an extensive knowledge of antiques and regularly represents antique dealers, appraisers and auctioneers.
